Greetings!
Camp Kippewa is an all girls summer camp located in Monmouth, Maine on beautiful Lake
Cobbosseecontee.
Girls finishing grades 1 - 9 (ages 6 through 15) may attend Kippewa for a four-week half-season
experience. Enrollment is limited. The camp's small size allows the directors to personally
know the campers and their parents, and assures that the camp's many opportunities are readily
available to every girl. Kippewa is large enough to have plenty of girls in every age group
and to support a lavish activities program, and small enough so that everyone in camp gets to
know everyone else.
Our brother camp, Camp Cobbossee, is located less than a mile away on the same lake.
Kippewa and Cobbossee campers each enjoy a single sex camp environment while having the
opportunity to visit regularly with brothers and cousins and to get to know boys or girls
of their own age in low-key camp activities.
