Staff Recruiting Bonus Plan

Hey, Returning Staff!

 Do you you have friends that want to join you at Kippy this year!?

Now that you have a year (or more!) under your belt you know the type of amazing people that make up our staff.  We are always on the lookout for people like you who are dedicated to making sure our campers have a great experience each summer.  

For every college student that you recruit and we hire, we will pay you a cash bonus of $100 at the end of the summer.  The staff member that you recruit must complete the summer in order for you to earn your bonus.
