Welcome back to Kippewa!
We are delighted that you have chosen to spend another summer with us at Kippewa.
Whether it's your 2nd or 47th summer (yes really!), this year is sure to be special, unique, and a lot of fun!
As a returning staff member you play an integral part in helping to create the atmosphere at camp this summer.
New staff members will rely on your help in learning the culture and traditions of Kippewa. We hope you take this
responsibility seriously and know that by helping new staff members during their preparation for arrival as well as
during their first days at camp, you will be helping to make Kippy a better place for everyone.
Returning staff members are required to complete much of the same paperwork as before.
Following are the required forms:
- Contract
- Kippewa for Girls rules and regulations, exhibit A, and substance abuse policy
- International staff - apply for your visa and insurance
- New background check from local police department
(Overseas and Canadian staff members only)
Due: Before June 1st
- New background check authorization form
(American citizens only)
Due: Before June 1st
- New background check authorization form
(for Maine residents only)
Due: Before June 1st
- New Medical Form (form 1)
and new Health History Form (form 2)
if anything has changed since last year or if your previous forms are over two years old
- Online Travel form
- W-4 Form with the bottom portion of the 1st page completed and signed.
