We offer flexible payment options, including:

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer the Kippewa Assurance Program (KAP)—a tuition protection program that safeguards your investment.

KAP Enrollment Fee: $325 per session

If you enroll in KAP, portions of your payments may be retained as credit for a future camp session depending on when you cancel.

With KAP:

• Before Feb. 15 → Full refund, including deposit

• Feb. 15 – April 30 → $750 retained as credit, all other payments refunded

• May 1 – May 31 → $1,500 retained as credit, all other payments refunded

• June 1 – Start of Camp → $2,000 retained as credit, all other payments refunded

• Early departure from camp → Unused tuition retained as credit for a future session

Without KAP:

• Full refund (minus $250 admin fee) until Jan. 1

• Jan. 1 – April 30 cancellations incur a $1,500 fee

• May 1 – May 31 cancellations incur a $4,000 fee

• After June 1, no refunds

For Camp Kippewa and Camp Kippewa Point Campers: If your daughter is interested in horseback riding, be able to sign up for one of our equestrian options after enrollment is complete. We’ll send you details on how to register.

For Camp Kippewa campers: Activity selections for the first week of camp will be made in the spring, closer to the start of the session.
